Official Notice from the International Financial Research Association (IFRA)

Date: January 1, 2025
Dear Members and Partners,
To embrace fintech innovation and enhance global service inclusivity, following a twoyear pilot program and system optimization, the IFRA Board of Directors has resolved to officially accept cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC) as payment methods effective January 1, 2025. The detailed guidelines are hereby announced:

1. Scope of Application
Payment Scenarios: Membership fees, certification applications, examination services, material purchases, merchandise transactions, designated donations, and all other business processes.

Payment Methods:
Online Payments: Prioritize cryptocurrencies (BTC/USDT/USDC).
Offline Payments: Subject to local regulatory policies in branch jurisdictions; cryptocurrency payment channels are available only in compliant regions.

2. Operational Guidelines
RealTime Exchange Rate Settlement: Payments will be automatically converted based on realtime prices from coinbase, with the final amount determined at the transaction confirmation time.

Payment Verification: Members may download and upload blockchain transaction records as payment receipts.

3. Risk Advisory
Price Volatility: Cryptocurrency market fluctuations may cause discrepancies in payment valuations. USDC or USDT are recommended for stable transactions.
Regulatory Compliance: Cryptocurrency transactions may be restricted in certain regions. Consult local branches before proceeding with offline payments.
Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency payments are nonrefundable. Verify payment amounts and recipient addresses carefully before submission.

4. Future Plans IFRA will continue exploring decentralized finance (DeFi) and smart contract technologies, with plans to launch blockchainbased membership reward systems and NFT certification badges between 2025 and 2026, further advancing a transparent and efficient digital ecosystem.

This milestone underscores IFRA’s commitment to integrating fintech solutions. We sincerely thank you for your ongoing trust and support.
