Decision on the Penalty for the Violations of [Inflex Capital NO.50238]

Upon investigation and verification by the Global Council, [Inflex Capital NO.50238] has violated the professional conduct stipulated in the charter of this association, engaged in imprudent practices, and "failed to submit the annual compliance report on schedule," constituting a major procedural violation.

Pursuant to the charter provisions, the following penalty decisions are hereby made: Timelimited rectification: The involved party is ordered to complete the rectification and submit a written report within 20 days; Suspension of voting rights: From the date of this notice, the right to participate in the voting of the Global Council is suspended for a period of three months;

Public announcement: This decision will be made public through official channels to serve as a warning. The involved party may submit a written appeal to the Global Council's Appeals Committee within 10 working days after receiving the decision.
