Review of the "Q1 Crossborder Cooperation Fund Audit Report";

Next Quarter Deployment:
Vote on the Q2 Budget Adjustment Plan (Attachment 1);

Discussion on the "Draft Revision of the Regional Dispute Mediation Process" (Attachment 2);

Other Matters: Open for 10 minutes of free proposals (topics must be reported 24 hours in advance).

Attendance Requirements:
Council members and regional branch heads must attend; nonmember units may apply for observer status;
