Decision to Revoke Membership of [Canopy Wealth Management Co., Ltd.]

Reasons:
Upon investigation, [Canopy Wealth Management Co., Ltd.] was found to have committed the following violations between 20232024:
Failed to pay membership fees for two consecutive years and did not submit a request for deferral;
Misused the name of the Global Council to carry out commercial activities.
Handling Basis:
Article 12.4 of the "Global Council Charter" (Serious Breach of Trust);
Resolution unanimously passed at the special meeting of the Council in April 2024.
Decision:
Membership is permanently revoked starting immediately;
The institution and its affiliates are prohibited from reapplying for three years;
Legal liability will be pursued (already transferred to judicial proceedings).
