After voting and qualification review by the Global Council (with a 92% approval rate), CHK Capital (hereinafter referred to as "CHK") will officially assume the role of President Joint President Institution starting January 1, 2025, for a term of three years.
Professional Capabilities: CHK has globally leading practices in crossborder capital governance, ESG investment frameworks, etc.;
Contribution Record: In the past five years, it has led the completion of 6 crossborder listing and M&A projects;
Strategic Fit: Its proposed IFRA program is highly aligned with the Council's 2025 strategy.
Transition Arrangements:
December 2024 will be a work handover period, during which the Secretariat will assist CHK in familiarizing itself with the processes;
Member institutions can submit suggestions to this institution starting January 1, 2025.
